“Sottili sono le opere che si svelano nei loro aspetti reconditi, inseguendo il fil rouge del proprio significato, spesso celato nelle loro pieghe più nascoste. Le opere di grande formato sono realizzate con drappi di leggerissima garza, manipolata con cuciture, assemblage e pittura. Non sono estranee neppure all’intervento del caso: eventi fortuiti, come bruciature e strappi accidentali, sono accolti nello spazio artistico. “ (F.R.)
“Sottili are the works which awaken their mysterious aspects, following the common thread of their true meaning, often concealed within their folds. The large format works are realized by very light drapes of gauze, combining filament, textile and paint. Casuality plays an important role in the process. Unfortuitous events such as accidental tearing or burning, are welcomed within the artistic space.” (F.R.)
